We follow a 360 degree approach that helps us see the ‘big picture’ in its entirety and provide solutions that have long-term, sustainable impact. This consists of:
Assessing the business context by taking into account the business case, risks and opportunities, core competencies and internal alignment
Assessing the local context through socio-economic assessment surveys, engaging with stakeholders and networks, institutional mapping and assessing potential partners
Engaging communities through community planning, assessing availability of assets and opportunities, visioning and prioritization based on base-line surveys, managing community expectations and using gender influencers
Investing in capacity building through need assessment, target and focus groups to assess, types of existing and required capacities and skills
Setting parameters right from base objectives, guiding principles and criterion of success, areas of investment, exit strategy and budgets required
Selecting the appropriate implementation models, depending on nature of projects
We have our own measurement tool that measures and assess impact of CSR/ Sustainability Projects across 9-10 parameters; each allocated with a weighted scored, based on its importance.
Reporting and Communicating.
"As you prosper and as you grow, think of giving back to the nation in one form or the other with some of what you have gained. So that others too can shine like you have and with that, the nation will grow."
